*Consultation required for use after 6pm. A night fee (+¥1,000) will be charged.

Souvenir shop
We have selected recommended souvenirs from Nagano and useful accessories. Products vary depending on the season.
Dog entrance
For those staying in the dog room, we have an entrance and exit for your dog. This is also convenient to use when going out for a walk. We also have towels for wiping your feet.
Ski locker
Ski storage lockers for each room.
Play room
We have nostalgic games such as Famicom, baseball boards, and games of life. Please ask at the front desk when using the service.
Kids room
There is also a play space for small children. Please ask at the front desk when using the service.
Laundry
Washing machine and dryer are available at free of charge. You can either bring your own detergent or purchase it at the front desk.
